When does the Energize program begin? Energize is a transformative 6-month group coaching program designed to empower both your body and mind that starts on March 5 and runs through August 21, 2024. When enrolling, you will join one of the available POD meeting timeslots that best suits your schedule. POD meetings are live sessions which recur on the same day and time each week for the duration of the program.
What happens if I need to miss a live session? If you miss a live session, you can complete the notes in your workbook on your own. These sessions are not recorded for participant privacy.
I will be traveling. Should I be concerned about missing a meeting? There will be no live session April 23-24, and the group meets only twice a month during July and August. You also have the option to join the Zoom meeting. Not at all. Energize is designed with a break during the US Thanksgiving holiday week and the last week of the year.
What is the time commitment for Energize? The time commitment for Energize is 2 committed hours per week plus additional time invested in yourself, from trying new challenges to integrating the lessons into your daily routines. The time spent outside of the live session is flexible so you can incorporate it into your daily life.
Do I qualify for Energize? I have a medical condition; can I still participate? We are happy to work under the guidance of your physician is you have diabetes, high blood pressure and other medical conditions. Please note this on your health questionarre and we’ll make sure we have everything we need before the program begins.
I don’t use a smart phone. Is there another way to participate? You will need to download and use an app on your phone for daily practice and check-ins. This app is available for both iPhone and android. Weekly live sessions will be held via Zoom.
