Why Join? Life’s a lot more fun when you feel strong! Strength training helps you move with ease, keeps your bones and muscles healthy, and gives you the energy to do the things you love. Plus—lifting alongside a group of supportive women makes the whole experience more motivating and way more fun. If you’ve been wanting some accountability and a plan designed just for you, this 9-week program is the perfect place to start. Over the course, you’ll get stronger, more mobile, and more confident—both in the gym and in everyday life. Whether your happy place is on the hiking trail, biking path, ski slope, or in your garden, the time you invest in strength training now will help you enjoy those activities even more. This is for you if: You’re a woman who wants to build a consistent, sustainable strength routine. You’ve noticed you’re losing muscle, feeling more aches and pains, or avoiding activities you used to love. You want to train in a welcoming, judgment-free environment—beginners are absolutely welcome! You enjoy the support of a group but also want a workout plan that’s tailored to your body and goals. What makes this different? This isn’t your typical group fitness class. You won’t be following a cookie-cutter workout. Instead, you’ll get an individualized plan that meets you exactly where you are, while still enjoying the energy and camaraderie of a small group. What’s included: Two small-group training sessions per week—each tailored to your needs. One private kick-off session and Functional Movement Screening to set a strong, safe foundation. An optional take-home workout for the days you want to train on your own. A supportive, encouraging community to cheer you on every step of the way. You’ll leave each week feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident—not just in your workouts, but in all the things you love to do. Session Details All in-person sessions are 55 minutes long and held live at my Steamboat Springs studio. No class Thanksgiving week. Refunds & Attendance If you’re curious about the program or have questions, let’s connect first! I’m happy to offer a complimentary call before you register. Because spots are limited and the program is highly personalized, tuition is non-refundable once you enroll. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, you’ll receive a refund for that session. Please note there are no make-up sessions for missed classes, so be sure to mark your calendar.
