Service Description

Why Join? Lifting weights is one of the most helpful things you can do to improve your strength, bone density and resilience in your sports and daily activities. Lifting with a group of supportive peers makes it even better! In this 10 week course, you'll gain strength, mobility and agility as you learn to safely progress to heavier weights and gain confidence both in and out of the gym. Whether it's hiking, biking, riding, gardening or skiing, the time you invest in strength training will set you up for a more fun ahead. Who's it for? +If you're a women over 45 who wants to build a consistent strength routine. +If your think you are losing muscle or noticing new aches and pains. +If you want to build your skills in supportive, judgement free zone--beginners are welcome! +If you like community with your workouts and also want a tailored program that meets you where you are. Do any of these sound like you? If so, join us! What's included in the 10 week program? +2 small group training sessions per week, tailored to your body and needs. +1 online session that you'll complete on your own each week, also tailored to your needs, goals and equipment. +1 individual kick-off session with the instructor scheduled at your convenience. +10 weeks of community and encouragement from the group. +Option to add a 3 session nutrition coaching package at a discounted rate. All in person sessions are 50 minutes in length and take place live in my Steamboat Springs Studio. Refunds and Attendance If you have any questions about the program, we encourage you to schedule a complimentary call before registering. Due to the limited spots and comprehensive nature of the program there is no refund after enrollment.
