When does the Energize program begin? Energize is a transformative 5-month group coaching program designed to empower both your body and mind that starts on October 23rd and runs through March 22, 2024.
When will my Energize group meet? The group meets in person on Tuesday's at 1 p.m. & on Tuesdays at 6 p.m via Zoom.
What happens if I need to miss a POD meeting? If you must miss a live session due to previously unforeseen circumstances or previously scheduled commitments, please watch the POD video to stay caught up.
I will be traveling over the holidays. Should I be concerned about missing a POD meeting? Not at all. Energize is designed with a break during the US Thanksgiving holiday week and the last week of the year.
What is the time commitment for Energize? The time commitment for Energize is 2 committed hours per week plus additional time invested in yourself, from trying new challenges to integrating the lessons into your daily routines. The time spent outside your weekly POD meeting is flexible so you can incorporate it into your daily life.
Do I qualify for Energize? I have a medical condition; can I still participate? We are happy to work under the guidance of your physician is you have diabetes, high blood pressure and other medical conditions. Please note this on your registration and we’ll make sure we have everything we need before the program begins.
I don’t use a smart phone. Is there another way to participate? You will need to download and use an app on your phone for daily practice and check-ins. This app is available for both iPhone and android. Online course meetings may also be held via Zoom.
